Not All Jewelry Is Cleaned The Same.
Metals and gemstones require different cleaning techniques and treatments. It's very important to remember the following:

Never use silver polishing cloths on pearls. Microfiber and polishing cloths can be made of different materials; polishing cloths are imbued with a polishing compound that can damage pearls irreversibly if used improperly.

Microfiber cloths are safe to clean pearls with and are a necessity when deciding to become a proud jewelry owner. The cloths are a perfect gift for other jewelry enthusiasts you might know, as well as for your own jewelry collection.

Always store pearls in a cool, dark place, away from other jewelry that could potentially scratch them.

Avoid all products not labeled pearl safe, such as harsh chemicals or polishing agents when cleaning pieces with pearls.

Pearl and silver jewelry can be easy to take care of, but only if you keep these key points in mind:

First, and foremost, it's always recommended to clean your pearls with a dampened, (not soaking) clean and soft, non-abrasive cloth. 1 Remove the top of your Foaming Jewelry Cleaner and place jewelry in the cap or if it's a large piece, on a clean towel. 2 Dispense foam onto jewelry until completely covered. 3 Wait until the bubbles have settled before removing your jewelry and rinsing. 4 Blot dry and follow with a Jewelry + Watch Polishing Cloth.

Some jewelry cleaning tips such as using boiling water, toothpaste, or other online hacks run the risk of damaging your precious pieces and are not designed with jewelry in mind. With this gentle jewelry cleaner, you can confidently clean your pieces in 3 simple steps:
I. Soak jewelry in cleanser for two minutes. Use the brush to clean.
II. Rinse jewelry carefully and blot dry. Repeat if needed.
III. Finish with a few rubs of the Jewelry + Watch Polishing Cloth
